Challenge

Microsoft has SMB marketing teams across the globe, and each had microsites telling a very different story. While the local voice was needed to sell products with authenticity, core facts about the products, as well as look and feel demanded consistency.

Solution

A global design system that allows regional marketers to plug in localized content where most relevant. To power this, I created a playbook for local teams, outlining what content was available to update, how to select components, and best practices for publishing effectively.
